To redeem a ticket sold on your tengo-provided website or through TripGiving, simply scan or type the reference in from the customer’s ticket, and follow the instructions depending on the ticket type.
You can add other items to the transaction as normal, and tengoPOS will calculate what the customer owes for you, if any balance is due.
