To merge one customer in to another in tengoPOS, type \\MTRD and hit enter (you will need to be logged in as an administrator to do this). Search for the customers you wish to merge, for example 2 customers with the same name.
One record must be the master, to which the other details will be merged in to – put a tick in the ‘Master’ column to indicate which is the master record, and place a tick in the ‘Seld’ column, to indicated which record(s) are to be merged in to it.
Click OK, and the records will be merged!
