If you don’t want to print a receipt every time, we can set it so that receipts don’t print out by default. This is a global setting per organisation, contact us if you want us to switch this off or on for you.
If this is switched on, and you do want a receipt for a transaction, press the re-print button and a receipt will print out. Please note that certain things require receipts, such as Gift Aid sign-ups, so a receipt will always come out for that. You can also set it so that receipts come out for specific products, by selecting ‘AlwaysRequired’ on the ‘Receipts’ drop-down, as ashown below:
