At the top-middle of tengoPOS, there’s an information line which shows the database (schema) name, Till number / ID, and Layout code (layout code is the code for the set of buttons currently in use, you can have different sets of buttons in different locations.
The database/schema name is underlined in red above on the left, Till no. / ID in the middle underlined in blue, and the Layout code on the right underlined in green. You may be asked those from time to time, so it’s useful to see where they are and what they are. They will be different for you, the above is just an example.
