If you need to cancel a Gift Aid declaration, i.e. someone has indicated they are no longer able to or no longer wish to Gift Aid, you can do this in both tengoPOS and tengoCloud.
In tengoPOS, type in \\FUCS and press enter – find the donor, edit, and on the Gift Aid tab, change their status as approriate.
On tengoCloud, it’s Constituents, find donor, edit, same thing on the Gift Aid tab.
In both cases, there’s also an audit tab of any changes, and you can reactivate them if they subsequently say they’re happy to Gift Aid again, in the same places (they’ll also be activated again if a declaration is completed through another process in the system, or if they make an online donation through TripGiving and say yes to Gift Aid).
