For various reasons, you cannot delete constituents, as audits need to be retained within the system. If you have duplicates, you can merge the 2 records together, there’s a guide on this here.
If someone has requested their details be removed under GDPR, what you can do is remove their personal details – i.e. address, name, etc – either in tengoPOS in \\FCUS, or on tengoCloud, in CRM > Constituents. If they have stated they no longer wish to or no longer canbe a Gift Aider and wish to cancel their declaration, in both places as above on the Gift Aid tab, un-set them as being a Gift Aider by un-ticking or changing yes to no, depending on your setup.
