TengoPOS has a function built in to allow purchase receipts to be sent by email to your customers. This can be switched on to be every time, or for it to offer the operator the option to print and/or email the receipt, depending on the customer’s preference.
For this to be configured, you’ll need an email address and settings – it’s better if this is an email on your domain, i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org. If this isn’t possible, you can purchase an email account through us, price varies depending on whether you have an existing website hosted with us or not, and there are various options.
