Missing sales/data on tengoCloud

If you appear to be missing some sales or other data on tengoCloud, and you have EPoS units / tills, the first thing to do is to follow the standard till troubleshooting, i.e. update your till(s), restart your till(s), and then allow some time for the data to sync to the cloud. Sometimes one till being on an older version can stop all sales from being available on the reports, so please update all tills if you are missing data from all tills for a period of time.
