Stopping / cancelling label or receipt prints

If you have mistakenly sent too many labels to print, or for any other reason need to cancel a print out on the Dymo label printer or Epson receipt printer, you can do so as follows:

  • Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and find the printer icon on the bottom right (shown below).
  • Click and go to ‘see what’s printing’, then ‘Printer’, and choose ‘Cancel all print jobs’

This will stop anything that’s currently printing (please note – the picture above shows HP LaserJet, your will show the name of your printer).
