PLEASE NOTE: Each tax year, we can generate a spreadsheet and can email it to you on request, with donor details, donation amounts, and gift aid amounts for easy generation of annual ‘Donation Statement’ letters/emails. This is available from the 6th of April onwards.
If you seperately wish to individually produce a list of donations by a given donor for a time-frame, the best way is to use the ‘Donations’ listing, under the CRM menu. Enter the date range, and the account code of the donor (found on their record under CRM > Constituents if you don’t have it to hand), and press the magnifying glass icon to produce a report similar to the below. If you wish to do this for every donor, you can run the report for just a date range, and export this to Excel to run a mail-merge with. Please note, this is not how you produce end of year letters for donated goods schemes, this is only for monetry donations.
